Main power up is useful for various reasons like covering more ink and making shooting go farther, faster or even more powerful this can be combined with ninja squid where you can sneak up on your opponent then splat them. Or if other inkers are around you, you can make a quick escape with swim speed up. When you do eventually get splattered quickly join back into the battle again with respawn time down and if you need to super jump and people are spawn camping you roll out of trouble with drop roll then quickly splat them. This loadout is good for almost every weapon.
