mains explanation:
SCU: Building up special. This is for people who don't use their special a lot, but uses it enough.
RP: I always thought RP was good on splat chargers, or even for backliners in general. I was told it was useless, but it's useful for me. Especially in rainmaker.
QSJ: As a charger, you always want to quickly get away if you're in danger. QSJ helps immensely as a main, but useful as 3 subs too.
subs explanation:
3 subs of ISS: i throw splat bombs a LOT, so this is VERY helpful for me
3 subs of SSU: i see it being the same as RSU, but I swim a lot more than I run, so I figure it might be useful. I might make a separate loadout so I have RSU instead.
3 subs of IRU: because i use a lot of bombs, and i am a charger, i would like to recover my ink as much as possible. the quick rate helps for people like me.
